What’s a USER INFORMATION COLLECTED BY COLLECTIVE CAMPUS IS USED FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

EXPRESSING YOUR INTEREST

You may provide certain personal information when you sign up to our newsletter or request a call back. This information is limited to your name, business email address and industry.

If you’re interested in Collective Campus’ service offerings and online resources then more information will be required. We require this information in order to tailor our content, consultation and services to help customers achieve their innovation needs. This information will also include your phone number and details about your organisation.

Services provided by Collective Campus are solely targeted to organisations. Any information we receive is assumed as business contact information that will only be used by Collective Campus staff for business communication purposes.

REGISTERING TO ATTEND A PUBLIC WORKSHOP

If you choose to attend one of our classes (or events), you will be asked for your credit card or paypal details (if the class is a paid class). We require this information to facilitate funds transfers which are processed on a secure, private gateway. You must only provide us with Financial Account Information for accounts and credit cards that you have the lawful right to access.

ANCILLARY

For statistical purposes, we collect information on website activity such as the number of users who visit our website, the date and time of visits, the number of pages viewed, navigation patterns, what country and what systems users have used to access the site and, when entering one of our websites from another website, the address of that website. This information is obtained through the use of ‘cookies’ (refer below for more information about ‘cookies’).

ONLINE ACTIVITY BEHAVIOUR

Some of our advertising campaigns involve using Tracking tools to collect information about a user’s online activities over time such as pages they’ve visited, resources downloaded, what types of content they liked the most. We work with third parties to provide behavioural advertising and analysis. In doing so, we can improve our content to educate and inform our visitors as well as improve Collective Campus’ offerings. If you have provided your details with us, we track your activities on our website to determine the best experience and content for you - unless you have opted out and decided to remain anonymous.

TARGETED ADVERTISING

We and our third-party service providers (including any third-party content, advertising, and analytics providers) automatically collect certain information from your device or web browser when you interact with the services to help us understand how our users use the Services and to target advertising to you. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

For security reasons, and in order to confirm your identity, upon registration you will receive an email asking you to confirm that you in fact registered to receive emails from Collective Campus. You must follow the link provided in our email to finalise your registration.

Once you are registered, Collective Campus will from time to time send you formal email notifications. Periodically, we might forward you materials for information purposes relating to our classes, events and thought leadership which may be of interest to you.

If you do not wish to receive any promotional material from us, you may opt out by following clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of our emails.

We use the personal information you provide us only for purposes consistent with the reason you provided it, or for a directly related purpose. We may also use your personal information where required or permitted by law or where you have provided us with your expressed or explicit consent.

  • It it necessary on a temporary basis to enable our affiliates to perform specific functions.
